Didn’t get full refund for returning items NEW/ UNOPENED

The item looks and feels good but as soon as you sit on the couches, it get ‘clumpy’ and then looks horrible. I had purchased 2, returned both and received refund for only 1. They were bought and shipped together and returned together. I only opened 1 to try out first. Technically I could have opened both and tried them but was being mindful so if I needed to return it was still new. I don’t want the seller to have losses but it seems that didn’t help me. In fact I lost $28.First, I ordered the “gray” which was more like a kakhi gray, so returned them without even opening them. Then I ordered green, and like the color but due to above issues I returned them all.Neither the seller nor Amazon honored the return policy saying I returned too many, well, not my fault that the first ones (gray) the color was off and returned them new without even opening them (4 pcs each) and the 2nd batch (green) didn’t work as described (again 4 pcs).I don’t want the seller to have losses but it seems that didn’t help me. In fact I lost $28. Not happy about it.

Okay, but “gray” is beige and not really “water resistant”.

So far I like this. I got two long pieces. They stay put and seem like they will protect the sofa. The only issue I have is that the gray is not really gray. It is more of a dark beige/tan color, definitely not gray.Update: Not really even “water resistant”. Dogs’ wet paws go right through and (clumsy me) spilled a little bit of red wine that immediately went through it to the sofa.

Looks Great, Kitty Approved

This was the perfect covering for the IKEA loveseat in my home office. I bought the 36” X 47”. It’s a bit long in the depth but I haven’t tucked it in yet. The quality is better than any of those saggy covers that are impossible to get on and look like crap no matter how you try to make it fit right. My cat immediately jumped up and claimed it, so it’s his forever now. If you’re on the fence, just buy it, you won’t regret it!

Looks and feels good but NOT waterproof!

Nice soft texture and the non slip is great.. but I recently learned from one of my dogs this is NOT water proof.. or in my case pee proof.. it went right thru like nothing. I’m not sure if mine was just defective.. but if it’s not, keep that in mind when purchasing.
