    Are you game to do a simple, three-second experiment? If you are, take a look at the picture attached to this review. Keep your eyes focused on it for three seconds. Notice what happens to you when your read those four words: “You are so loved.” Do you roll your eyes and say, Yeah, right..? Do you toss off the words as being silly, boring, trite, or untrue? Or do you find yourself lingering, maybe even savoring the words for a moment, feeling that yes, they are--or could be—true..?This last response—that yes, the words speak truth—is exactly what I felt as soon as I found this poster on Amazon. I knew I needed to see those words again and again, absorbing them, and then be willing to live them as best I can each day.I highly recommend this small, but mighty, poster to anyone—and everyone—who, like me, needs to remember (and then live from) its message. A wonderful (and urgently needed?) gift for yourself, for family members, and for those in the the vast community of people who assist us in countless ways each day.Quick practicalities: This 11-3/4” x 16-1/2” poster is made of lightweight canvas and held by two pieces of lightweight wood. Although, when unfurled, the canvas shows faint horizontal lines, I decided not to try flatten or iron them out because they do not mar the appearance of the poster in any way. (Note: the colored lights showing behind the poster are not a part of the poster itself. It so happens that I hung it in front of lights that were already in place.)
