Attractive reminder of what is worth our attention

This is a review for "Mental Health Decor, Decor for Therapy Office Counselor Heart Shaped Acrylic Sign Things I Can Control Acrylic Heart Gifts, Therapist Office Art Decorations for Living Room Bedroom Desktop Gift"I have wanted one of these "things I can control" acrylic reminders for a while. However, it's one of those things that seems more like an item that you give or receive as a gift. But when I had an opportunity to receive one for review, I jumped on the chance.The item looks exactly like the product photos. The size is as described. Looking closely at the details in the product photo gives and accurate depiction of the real item. You might notice that in the product photos, in the central blue circle, there is what appears to be a watermark or maybe even a mis-print. However, I am pretty sure that the original design is intended to look like it's made by hand with watercolor, so the print includes carefully selected design elements intended to convey a "handmade touch" in a mass produced image.I took the sign to work in my classroom, and showed it to my co-workers. One of them loved it so much that she asked me for information so she can order one just like it for herself!It really does seem to be a nice reminder of where to focus my thoughts, and what to dismiss, as I go throughout the day. Plus the reminders are attractive and well-presented in this small acrylic sign.

Hard to read, print too small

This mental health decor displays what I can control and what I cannot control in a bright inspiring design. The colors are really colorful and fun. The inner circle displays what "I can control" and the outer edges display what "I cannot control" and what I can try to let go of. I like it's durability since it's a like a nice paper weight, so it also won't tip over. It's intentionally tilted on an angle. The material and printing is quality. It also can be easily wiped clean with a cloth if it gets any smudges or finger prints.A couple of things that I wish were better. The pictures displayed online seem to depict this item as larger than it actually is. I would recommend having a better comparison item, like a standard pen or marker to compare. The overall size is too small and I think it should be about 2-3 inches bigger overall. The main reason is because the words should be more easily be able to be read. I have pretty good eye sight and I'm having a little trouble reading the words on the inside of the inner circle of what I can control. The size of some of the words outside the circle are printed in slightly larger font but it's inconsistent throughout.Overall I would not recommend this for because it's simply too small to read for any length of time. It's not a good value for the money.
