Works well both inside and outside
I've been moving these around between my front porch planter and inside on my dining table, and they honestly look good in both spots. That's not something I can say about most fake flowers - a lot of them only really work in one setting or the other.The daisies and lavender combo is a nice touch. Gives it more visual interest than just a single type of flower. The colors are vibrant without looking fake - the red and deep purple work well together. When I first got them, I had to fluff them out a bit since they arrive somewhat compressed, but that took maybe five minutes total.I've had them outside on my porch for a few weeks now, and they're holding up to sun exposure without fading. That was my main concern with artificial flowers outdoors. They've been through a couple rainstorms too, and they dry out fine - no weird water staining or drooping.The stems are flexible enough that you can arrange them how you want. Love the vibrant colors!
The 12 bundles I received was the "red lotus" set. It included 6 red and 6 purple bundles, along with 2 lavender bundles. The colors are very vibrant - a great look for spring time! The measurements on the advertisement matches the flowers.There are brown/black lines printed on all the flower petals that give them dimension from afar. I did have to fluff them out like you would a Christmas tree coming out of a box. The picture is not with a full fluff but enough to give some idea how they might look.The material of the flower has a mild stiffness that holds the shape of the flower. The inside part of the flower (the stamen) are plastic, along with the leaves and stem. There are veins molded on the underside of each of the plastic leaves which adds a nice detail. The colors of the leaves are dark green on the bottom of the stem and then some turn into a shade of lime green. Makes them look more real from afar.The main stems are plastic coated wire so you can shape them. The parts with the stem that have the leaves and flowers do not have wire inside. When together in a bunch, the flowers are numerous on top to where the greenery of the flower bundles just peeks thru.The lavender leaves also have dimension due to the use of different color greens on the leaves.I have not had them in the sun for a prolonged period of time to see how well they withstand UV rays - especially during Texas summers. I am curious to see how they look in August. Overall, I think they are very nice and colorful. I am extremely happy with them!
