I ordered one of these and loved it so much I ordered two more for other ares of my dwelling. Good Quality, good value for the money, the ash containment is great. It looks good and is very simple in appearance.I have an intuitive sense that the incense may burn a little faster burning "up the stick" as it does rather than more down the still in a more common flat table top incense holder. Seems plausible but I may be imagining that, and if there is a faster burn rate it is relatively minimal. Not enough to pose any issue with me...and the ease of care and cleanup is more than worth it.

A good burner for stick-type incense

I guess incense is now mostly sold in a long sticks. I was used to various other shapes, but when I wanted to use it recently (my dog got sprayed by a skunk and I needed a more pleasant smell in the house), I found I needed new incense and a burner to handle it. This one works very well. It looks good, holds the incense firmly, and the glass tube protects and contains the incense as it burns and contains the ash making it easy to clean up. Well worth the price of admission IMHO.

This thing is so cool and I love it. The glass on mine was broken and I ran it without and it still managed to catch most of the ash with the wood alone. I liked the glass design and found an old jar I can use at the base. Apologies I dont have a photo of it with the intended glass for it. It holds incense well and aside from the glass it is very sturdy. It also comes with some sandalwood incense which is nice.
