Less Mess - Looks Nice

What a difference in cleanup. With the tray boards or stand-up style, there's always some ash that falls just outside the catch area. This keeps the area clean and it looks nice. The smoke comes out of the open top without it getting trapped in the glass. I really like it.

I really enjoy this incense burner!

I had been using the wooden boxes, but I was tired of the inadequate hole sizes for incense sticks, and I wanted something different. I'm so glad I found these! It eliminates the hole size problem all together, it's cleaner, more aesthetic, and it seems to allow the incense to burn better- if that's possible. Because the glass is very delicate and light, and breaks easily, I would have only given it 4 stars. DON'T try to move it without carrying the glass separately. If you receive a broken one, however, customer service is awesome. Above and beyond. Reach out to them. They are the reason I didn't deduct any stars. My suggestion, however, is to secure the glass to the base with a small piece of nano(Alien) tape. It feels much sturdier this way.

Great and elegant holder!

Great product! Works well, steady, durable, great design and good size, and best of all, it comes with 2!! The stick may take a bit to really hold down and you have to push it in well, but other than that, it's a pretty perfect holder! Quite elegant too and not cheap looking!
