I love this particular design. It's really practical, mess-free, and you don't lose any smoke while it burns, like some of the self-contained ones. I had one with clear glass for over a year before it got knocked over and broke, so I replaced it with this one since the design is so practical. The clear glass got nasty-looking pretty much instantly, so the black finish definitely helps to keep it looking nice.The biggest plus in comparison to my old one, though, is that this one comes with a velcro circle that you attach to the bottom of the glass, and the wooden base. So if it gets knocked over, you're much less likely to break it and have to deal with broken glass and incense ash all over the place.The alligator clip on this one is a bit smaller than the last, but still very usable. For the price, I highly recommend this one!
I love this incense holder! The tip burns upwards (instead of downwards like a lot of the holders you see on Amazon)- which gives you a slower burn. All of the ash stays inside the glass. Very easy to use, you place the incense into the rod, light it and then hook it onto the glass (see video). Great quality, I have no complaints. Will be using daily
I love it. I've purchased so many different incense holders over the years and all had issues that bothered me, such as taking up space, not holding the stick well and mostly getting ash everywhere. This fixes all of that. On top of it, it's gorgeous. My only issue is one of my incense sticks broke off in the holder. I can still get another stick in there, but if it that breaks then I'm SOL. And I cannot get the one broken in there out. It's so small. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Wife has been buying hand rolled incense. They kept going out. They burn wonderfully with this.
