I absolutely love these essential oil fragrances! The Lavender, Gardenia, and Rose scents make my home feel fresh, relaxing, and full of life. What impressed me the most is how the flower petals gradually change color as the oil naturally diffuses—it’s such a beautiful and unique touch. It’s not only a fragrance product but also a lovely decorative piece that adds elegance to any room. Highly recommended!
So, initially, I liked these a lot. Even the rose (which, I hate most floral scents) was complex and deep enough that I thought it smelled pretty good. I put one in each bathroom. At first, the scent did not carry more than a few inches beyond the arrangement itself. But over time, the smell got stronger and stronger. Still, overall, it's very low compared to plug in type scents. I noticed after a few days that the white flower insert had started to turn the colors of the various oils. The green oil turned the white rose green, and the red oil turned the red rose red (which, incidentally, the "vases" were very easy to set up, but the seals are hard to get out, you may need pliers). I thought this was really cool, bc now the flowers matched the oil. But - within another day or so, the flowers, and the stem with the leaves, got absolutely SODDEN with oil. It's not a pretty look. The flower is wilted, shiny, and you have to be careful not to touch it. If you do, your sleeve or skin will come away soaked. I don't know if other oil vases do the same thing with adding fake flowers, but I just don't think it's a viable way to do an oil freshener system. It's just too gross. I imagine over time, it will get even worse. If you want to use the oil vases but buy more sticks to soak up the oils and avoid the flowers and the leaves, that might be a better way to go. Overall, the scents are fantastic. The vases are pretty. The quotes printed on the sides are kind of odd and irrelevant, but interesting, nonetheless. The flower and leaf stick look pretty and are good in theory, but don't stand the test of time. I also added three more oil sticks of my own, bc it looked kinda sparse with just the few items that are included. But, it's a decent set up. The oily flowers are just a miss.*updateSwitching my review to 2 stars. There are actually two flowers in the mix - a small purple flower and a somewhat larger white flower. The purple flower is made of stiff material, and although similarly oily, it seems to be holding up better. The white flower, on the other hand, FELL APART! I gently touched the petals to see how oily they feel today, and a wad of them fell off in my hand. I don't know what they are made of, but once soaked with oil, they take on the consistency of crunchy toilet paper. It's really gross. I advise that, if you buy this just for the vases and the oils, and you use your own inserts that are made to go in oil diffusers, then this could be a 4 or 5 star item in the end. But as is, with the included flowers, I'm giving it a 2. It's quality oil with good scents and sturdy vases that can be used over and over again, but they need to revamp their diffuser sticks. Not good. It's also a pretty steep price for what you get. But if you keep reusing the vases with new infusions of oil, it might be worth it. Again, just go to a craft store and buy more diffuser sticks and throw the white flowers away.*2nd updateI went down to 2 stars bc I was so aggravated about the gross flowers getting oily and falling apart but, after a few more days of use and seeing that these diffusers are pretty good at scenting the bathrooms, I'm giving a star back. Just be aware that the flowers will not last and are pretty messy. Otherwise okay.
