Best investment we’ve ever made
This is a great rug, it’s actually softer than I’d imagine but it’s exactly like what you see when you walk into a business and it’s the first thing you wipe your feet on.We live on the 4th floor of an apartment complex and unfortunately for us, we have a balcony that is wood slats and it was built rather poorly as far as aesthetics, when we moved in there were a lot of loose screws on and in between the boards and some screws sticking out of the wood, and some of the heads weren’t flush with the surface.Not to mention we have a puppy who has knee problems so we have a little pet loo for easy bathroom breaks and sometimes she’d have accidents on the wood, so couple that with the screws it was extremely off putting to want to enjoy our balcony.We had been looking everywhere for a decent rug that would be close to fitting the desired dimensions without breaking the bank. Not just to counteract the loose screws and counteracting staining the wood with pet accidents, but to transform our balcony into something cozy and pleasant to look and chill in.I’ve read a lot of reviews about how it’s cut from a roll and shipped, which it is you can obviously see the ends are clean cut and don’t have the rubber edge. HOWEVER… that’s not a big issue for me and it makes sense that it’s a decent rug and customizable for whatever you may need it for, of course it’s on a roll.I will say though I’m a little upset that if it’s this custom as far as dimensions I would have liked to have seen more accurate measurement options. But I’m not complaining too too much, I’m still very happy with how this rug turned out.I got my rug in the size of 6ft by 11ft, it was the closest I could get without the edges rolling up against the wall and looking weird, it covered the majority of our balcony and like I said earlier it’s softer than I imagined it to be it’s not nearly as rough as it looks.Needless to say if you don’t necessarily care about it being pretty or if all 4 edges have the rubber edge on them then this is a great rug for you. We have no doubt she’ll have an accident on it but it serves all the purposes that we bought it for.
