This wooden prayer cross is similar to other handheld wooden prayer crosses of the same genre - only this one comes with its own keepsake box - which is a lovely addition and thoughtful touch. For I have purchased similar wooden prayer crosses before in the past - only to lose them - for lack of proper housing or safeguarding & storage. This product solves that problem nicely.The wood is high quality and both the wooden cross and box are very well made and durable. The storage box is a little stiff when you first open it ~ but loosens up after daily use. The minimalist yet visually appealing aesthetic is reverent and pure - which is appropriate and on point for such a holy symbol of Christianity.The price point for this product is good for what you receive. I would point out that the single prayer card and random twine included seem to serve no long term functional purpose but maybe others might find an appropriate use for them. When I pray, I tend to have a long list of intercessory prayers so the 4 lines on the included prayer card I used to simply remind myself how the structures of our prayers to the Father should ensue: 1. praise, 2.repentance 3. intercessory prayers and then fourth and lastly 4. personal prayers for ourself and our own needs.I definitely recommend this product for all your prayer ritual needs.

Beautifully made walnut wood cross
This is such a little beautiful box that holds a walnut wood cross inside. The cross is perfect to hold in your hand and allows for your thumb to set right inside of the cross. Great for prayer requests.This also makes a wonderful gift for someone whether it be a first communion, baptism or confirmation. It would even be a beautiful wedding gift.The reason I ordered this was - as I grow older, I worry more and thought this would be a good way to ask God for help through prayer.I love that this is smaller in size and can be held inside of a bag or a purse. Just something you can carry with you at all times.The box itself is 3” x 2” and 1 inch high. It has a sliding top that does come fully off to reveal the cross. The cross is about 2 1/2 inches by one and a half inches. Made of a beautiful walnut wood.
