Great covers

We got these to hide our stained cushions in the cabin of our sailboat. The color is great, it’s soft, and indeed repels water. Keep in mind the dimensions provided, and the fabric’s elasticity as they fit all the cushions and back cushions. Some were a stretch, some a little less. They do have 2 straps on the back to keep the fabric in place but for our odd shaped cushions, we needed more to keep the fabric taut. For that, we picked up mitten clamps.Best part, kitty’s claws haven’t hurt it!At this price, they are faster and cheaper than DIY from scratch and will buy us time until we can source fabric to make new cushion covers. I may however, keep them, should they last to protect the new.Love them!

Fits and works as described

Arrived timely and well packaged.It looks and fits as described. The extra strap on the back helps in holding the cover on the cushion.Purchased this to protect my sofa from my dogs. Since I just got and put it on my sofa cushions, I can't say if it is water proof or not. For my purposes, I don't want to test the waterproof part. I can say it looks and works as described. Time will tell if it will be a dog fur magnet or not. Haven't washed them, so don't know how they will handle being washed. Will consider updating my review after some time has passed and we've used the covers for a longer period of time.After putting them on the seat cushions and seeing the result, I ordered another set for the back cushions.Please note: the quality is decent but not amazing. If you want amazing, then you need to pay an amazing price. At this price point, I'm satisfied.

Truly water resistant

Ok-we just got these a few days ago so I don’t know how long they last (I’ll try to remember to report back) but I’m soooo happy! Our dog has megaesophagus so he regurgitates a lot. We got a new couch and have water resistant blankets but those slip around so I decided to also invest in individual cushion covers. Our couch is green so I tried 5 other green “water resistant” couch cushions brands from Amazon. One other one was truly water resistant but the color didn’t match. These… these match, look good, and are truly resistant. My dog regurgitated, I went to look, ran to my phone to get it so I could record, grabbed paper towels, took a few times to wipe off the mess. This took over a minute so liquid was sitting on the cushion cover for over a minute before I could lift up the cover to see if it went through. No liquid went through!! The couch wasn’t touched. I then put the cushion cover in the sink and sprayed it with water. Some very minimal dampness came through.I would absolutely recommend these if you’re looking for very water resistant cushions. The material is also totally fine and feels like normal material as a sheet.

Fit great, but not waterproof after washing

They fit well and feel soft. A little baggy and they sometimes fill up with air when sat on. I bought these because Im potty training my toddler and wanted something to easily pull off and wash when accidents happen. They're great at first, but after a few washes are no longer waterproof which makes them totally useless for me.

Works well. Washable. Prevented pet urine damage

My cat has peed on our couch before so I bought these to put over our new couch to prevent permanent urine smell. Thank goodness I did because he decided to mark the new couch. I actually put this inside the outer cushion cover that came with the couch since There wasn’t a perfect color match for the color couch I have. They do feel comfortable if you use them on the outside like intended. I also wash the outer cushion but didn’t want my pets urine to seep into the inner cushion. These prevented the urine from seeping into the inner cushion. I washed these in the washer and they seem to hold up.**edit: do not place in the dryer as the heat can damage the waterproof layer. I unfortunately discovered this after my cat once again peed on the couch and it seeped slightly through the cushion cover this time. Wash only on cold.
