Right out of the box, the mix of purple tones looks vibrant and realistic, and the leaves have a nice texture that doesn’t scream “fake” from a distance. Once hung on my front porch, they instantly added color and made the space feel more welcoming.The baskets are lightweight but sturdy, and the flowers are full without looking overstuffed. Full, fluffy, and lush looking!

I haven’t hung this outdoors yet because the season is currently in the brutal part of winter where I am, but I did assemble it to see what it would look like and I am immensely impressed. This is not the first set of hanging flowers I’ve gotten, but this is the first one that the designers understood what it took to make the shape look full and keep the picks of stems of falls in place by providing the floral foam needed to hold them. I have never had so little work to do to get this lush and full look. My husband’s family always put flower baskets outside this house, but they got older and then they couldn’t keep up with them. We can’t keep up with them right now, either, with caring for them in the various places they are, but we want to keep up the neighborhood and this helps us do that!It costs more than some others, but not more than what my in-laws spent on baskets that wound up dead. The ability to “set and forget” is worth what may be an extra ten bucks in my life right now, so I feel the value is good. And my husband even said, “wow” when he saw them. Our house is viewed from at least 30 feet away usually, so this just boosts the look. I don’t know how “real” this particular variety looks since I am not used to having eaves to hang baskets from, but from a few feet away my 84 year old Father in Law found them convincing enough with their shape and color accuracy. These will look striking from the road, no one would guess that they are not the real thing except they are unusually perfect! Not a bad problem to have. That the floral foam to arrange them in was included is a time saver, and time is money for many of us. They are full, lush, and fluffy, and that’s why they’re not the cheapest. I think they’re a good choice if they are within your budget. You might want to glue the floral foam in place if you have wild winds the way we do here. That is my only near complaint. Oh, and you want to hang them where you will be away from them for a while, because the plastic material smells chemical in an awful way, at least at first. It got better over just two days.

This thing is better off in the garbage. The only thing good that came out of it was the zip ties (that I have absolutely no idea what were for). All the flowers kept falling off the stems when I was taking it out. So many fell off!!! There is absolutely no way this thing will hold up outside in wind if they fall off just taking it out of a box. The hanging basket looks super cheap and not sturdy at all. It’s made of cheap plastic. The flowers were flat and the material they are made of is very thin and almost see through. The audacity to charge $40 for this is mind blowing! This set isn’t even worth $5. This is not even dollar store quality. Do not buy this people!!! I threw mine away! It also came with what looked like a bunch of crumpled up wig hair tangled up in it.

Full and Pretty Fake Pansies – Perfect for Mixing In

These flowers are super pretty, with a ton of blooms and realistic-looking leaves that make them feel more lifelike than some other fake flowers I’ve seen. There are so many that if you stuff them all into the included hanging basket, it completely hides the basket itself—which is actually a good problem if you’re going for a super lush look. I decided to use the basket for other plants instead and split these into taller vases or pots around the porch and entryway.The colors are bright without being garish, and they hold up well in indirect sunlight—no fading yet even after a few days outside. They’re sturdy enough to arrange without stems bending too much, and the fullness adds nice volume. I’m thinking about placing some under the lights on either side of my garage door for evening pop, or mixing them into a larger outdoor planter. Very well-made overall—love how versatile they are for sprucing up outdoor spaces without maintenance.
