Recieved these yesterday and couldn’t wait to put them out. They are so pretty and at 2 bundles each, they really do fill up the planter. These are made of the silk flowers versus the plastic ones and look real.
The flowers look beautiful, I love them
This didn’t look exactly how I imagined it would right out of the package, but it ended up working really well for what I needed. I was going for a purple, floral “vine” look to decorate my kid’s house bed, and this was a good base to build on.I glued some foam roses onto it to help fill it out, then draped everything across the roof of the house bed. Once it was in place and styled a bit, it actually turned out pretty good and gave off really nice spring and summer vibes.On its own it’s a little simple, but with a bit of creativity and extra florals added, it can look amazing. If you’re willing to DIY just a little, this works great as a decorative foundation piece.
They are not as full as it looks
TL;DR: These are stunning, artificial flowers that are, IMO, even more beautiful in person than as depicted on Amazon. I posted pictures that I took after removing the flowers from the packaging and very briefly straightening out some of the stems. I did not spend any time opening the flower petals, precisely arranging them, or steaming the flowers to open them up. What you see is what I got.Details: For my pictures, I placed the two stems in a sideways vase with a 9 inch opening. It is fairly large, and, as you can see, the two stems fill it out very nicely with nothing else added. The flowers and leaves were not crunched, damaged, or compacted by the packaging. They started filling out on their own as soon as I removed them from the plastic. In response to some other reviews, I want to say that I did not notice any smell whatsoever, either when I first removed them from the packaging or at any time since then. I double checked after reading some other customer complaints about that, and I literally cannot smell anything, even plastic. Also, some people complained there are more leaves than are shown online. First, it seems comparable to me. Second, without leaves, they would not look realistic, so I prefer it this way. Also, if you look at all the pictures on the listing, you will see close-ups of the stems and greenery. These close-up pictures very accurately depict what they look like in person. I posted a couple of pictures that I think illustrate this point. The color is accurate, and they seem durable and of good quality. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product, and at this price, they are a great value.
I had ordered this set with high expectations, but I’m sorry to say I am very unhappy with it. As soon as I opened it, a strong odor hit me and made me feel nauseous. I couldn’t tolerate it, so I kept them outside for some time to get rid of the smell. Secondly, they look artificial up close and are not as full as they appear in the pictures. I am thinking of arranging them as pictured to see if it might change my opinion. I will update this review again.
I love these faux flowers. They are a pansy flower shape. The yellow is a vintage yellow, not a bright sunshine yellow. They come with two stems. I know some reviews commented that they were not as full as the picture showed. That assumption is correct. However, I was happy with the way they filled my planters.The description states they are UV resistant. I placed one inside and one under a porch awning. The outdoor one has not had direct sun to know how long it will last and not fade, plus it has only been out for a few days.I think the stems have more greenery than pictured, which works well to make them look more realistic.Do they look real- from a distance, yes.I would order again.
