It is a warm tan brown color with light blue and dark purple and coral colors for the flowers. The colors are muted and light. The rug looks vintage. It is thinner but velvety soft to touch. I like the design a lot, bought it for appearance. Colors and it's machine washable, only thing is it's very thin. More thin than other washable rugs that I've purchased. Rug is soft underfoot but it's just so thin. I may have to get a carpet pad to help but that would hinder the non slip bottom.
