Very Plush & Luxe Looking

This is a SINGLE Panel window covering that fits a long window pane. Luckily for me, the windows in my bedroom are two single windows that only need one panel each, instead of a larger window that would require 2; like in most living rooms. The first thing that stood out to me regarding this curtain was the thicker weight and soft feel. This isn't some flimsy curtain that you find on aisle "such and such" in your grocery store. Made from a durable fabric that is soft, velvety and lux! This curtain is simply ELEGANT! Hence the cost (hehe). I nearly gasped when I realized how much the curtain cost, and that eventually, I would need to purchase another to match my second window. The curtain is also considered "delicate", so you'll need to care for it by washing it separately on an appropriate setting. I wouldn't put these curtains in my living room because I have young children, but they are a luxurious touch in my bedroom, and I am happy I ordered them. The have a traditional pleated look that is prominent at the top of the curtain and extends down, giving an "old money" kind of look. They look expensive, and the quality extends from the fabric, to the stitching, pleats and all other details. You absolutely get what you pay for.Also, I have never had "darkening" curtains before. My teenage son prefers straight up blackout curtains and I'm happy these aren't them, but they do make the room darker, filtering more light than other curtains that I've had in the past. Generally, I don't mind it, but given we are in the middle of winter now, I do find myself pulling them back during the day to take advantage of the meager amount of sun and light we do get.I find it pretty impressive how many colors these drapes can come in. I've checked and there are a bunch of colors! If you can afford to spend $100 on a pair of curtains, i say absolutely treat yourself and upgrade your living space! I love the creamy white color that I got, it compliments my subtle farmhouse style furniture, and warm color scheme. I would recommend these drapes to someone looking to add some lux pieces to their living room or bedroom! It's a simple way to add luxury that will stand out and compliment other changes/pieces like a nice rug, some decor and a lamp.

Incredibly Luxurious! - These Feel and Look High-End

I was honestly blown away by how nice this curtain is. The velvet is super thick and heavy, with a really rich shine that makes it seem way more expensive than it is. The London Blue color is gorgeous and deep, and I love the French pleats—they make it look custom, not basic. It also blocks out a ton of light and drafts because the material is so solid.Just a heads up: this is for ONE panel, and it’s only 25 inches wide. It’s not enough to cover a whole window by itself. It works as half of a pair or for a skinny window, but you’ll need at least two for a normal window.So make sure you double-check your measurements and order enough panels!

HPD is one of my favorite brands for curtains. I have them all over my house. They definitely look higher end than their cost. I’m not sure that translates as well in the white color but the quality is still there for me even if my color choice wasn’t as good.
