Meant To Stay In The Paper

Such a cute idea to gift a loved one or friend a bouquet of flowers. Nicely wrapped in pastel color paper. Complete the look with cellophane plastic and fairy lights. If loved one unwraps everything, there might be slight disappointment as this bouquet is not meant for unwrapping and will not have the bouquet feel if putting in a vase. The stems are stuck in styrofoam and have very small stems if taken out of the styrofoam. If you put the entire piece of styrofoam in the vase, it just doesn’t look right. This bouquet is meant to be loved staying wrapped in the pastel paper. I love that the flowers are handmade crocheting. So cute and have a variety of colors and types of flowers.

Cute gift but it falls short...

This crochet flower bouquets are so cute. They arrived wrapped up like a real bouquet as shown in the pictures but the lights were included separately. The paper in the back of the bouquet looks nice in the picture but looked crumpled and cheap when the bouquets arrived, so I had to remove it (which was a bit difficult) before I used them. There were bags included to put the bouquets in which is a nice idea but entirely unnecessary and the "flower handicraft" (literally printed in quotations) writing by the handles is weird. I opened one of the bouquets in hopes to put the flowers into a vase and found that the stems were only about two inches long on the smaller flowers and three inches long on the sunflower. Only the eucalyptus stems were a reasonable length at five inches. The short stems means they can never be put into a regular vase and can only really be left wrapped up so they look nice. The crochet part of the sunflower is clearly well made and has a finished front and back with the stem inserted into the center of the sunflower. The crochet part of the smaller flowers is well made but they just have the stems hot glued to the back making the flowers look unfinished. The lights are cute and bright and I have found several uses for them already. Overall the idea of these crochet flower bouquets are great and the actual crochet flower are clearly well made but the execution of the overall set is lacking and not worth the price.
