Works very well! However....
The burner gets hot really quick around the 3 minute mark. If will burn incense very well. It does NOT have an off switch and you need to be mindful of that fact. I connected mine to an used power strip near my desk and use my toes to turn the power strip reset and off switch. Works just fine when I'm working at my computer desk.Incense will burn really quick around 20 minutes, and I do not recommend leaving this unattended. It seems to be a quick burning hot plate to make the room smell good and then you stop using it. As long as you are careful, this will serve you well. Only time will tell if it holds up but it is much safer than the charcoal or candle burners. Looks nice but it is cheap looking too. Overall, a good buy. Works better than I was expecting!

Do not buy for Frankincense
Not the best to have, this is smokeless, it burns too quickly and you miss the aroma of the various stone incense like Frankincense. It does not have an off switch which is annoying. It says it’s a sensor off but what use is that when it burns the incense and it smells like charred item instead of a sweet aroma.I went back to using my coal burner which burns better than this loss of money.It was build very attractive and good and strong to hold the right sized amount of incense but the over-burn due to the rapid heat makes it a poor value item.I would encourage the same size item with a better device maybe with a heat gauge and shut off switch rather than this small censor item.

So pretty and works well
I love this! It's so pretty! And it makes my house smell beautiful. Just remember to unplug when the oud is finished becouse there is no on/off switch or timer. However I love it. Makes oud very fragant

Working great
It is working great. Like other reviewers said, it doesn't have on/off switch so you have unplug it, but other than that it is working great, no issues. Not sure how long it will last.
