I was dubious. I like to feel the curtain material before I buy, but could find nothing acceptable in nearby stores. So I took a chance, since they offer Free Returns, I figured hey I have nothing to lose!To my surprise, these are beautiful! Perfect for what I needed! The fabric is soft, excellent quality, a bit shimmery, and a delicate leaf pattern on it. Color is a true gray (the back is also gray, which is great), not one of these green-grays, or blue-grays, but actual GRAY. They arrived well packaged and with very few wrinkles, which is shocking. I tumbled them in the dryer, on low for 30 minutes, then used a medium iron (polyester setting) to remove the few most stubborn wrinkles from being folded. They look even better hanging up :DThey do a good job blocking light when the blinds are up, though they are not true, 100% blackout curtains. But once I put the blinds down? Oh yeah!!! SUPER dark! Much darker than with the blinds alone. Very happy. I wish I needed curtains in other rooms so I could order more!

These curtains are really nice, a decent weight to them and they do exactly what they say their going to do, block the light out. Of course the normal cracks of where they meet the window sill because of the grommet style. They grey us subtle and I matched it perfectly with my lavender walls and I'm sure they would look great with shades of blue also. I was worried a bit about the silver design on the curtains being too much but in person they are more subtle than I expected and add a nice touch.
