Beautiful shelves and lovely customer service !!

i first got a set of these shelves a few months back, and LOVE them: they are beautiful, great quality, and (very importantly!) were super easy to install as a solo lady with very little power-tool experience, just a tiny 12-N-torque drill and a dream. my books are prized possessions to me, and these shelves are a flawless way to store & display them.but of course, a constant accumulation of titles eventually warrants more shelf real estate, so i reordered the same set of shelves a few weeks back. the second set of shelves (while still beautiful!) ended up being a much lighter shade of wood than the first. i wanted them to match, so i reached out via conveniently-available QR code on the packaging to the company to ask about the color variation.Nataly got back to me quickly & was incredibly kind and helpful with my inquiry. I almost never leave reviews. All I can say is WOW! I AM IMPRESSED!!The shelves arrived a day early. It was packaged as well as anything I've ever received. The quality of the product is outstanding. They included all the mounting hardware, even a tiny bubble level. The instructions are fantastic with excellent graphics and flawless descriptions. Plus, they are printed on heavy card stock paper.Everything about this product and this company is exemplary!I sanded and painted my shelf to match my base cabinetry and it looks great. These are easily paintable. I also trimmed one end so it fit flush with a wall. The solid wood construction is easy to cut with a miter saw. The metal wall bracket is VERY well made and assembly was a breeze. This shelf truly enhanced my laundry room remodel. I couldn't be happier!Highly recommended. Great value for the money

These shelves exceeded my expectations. They are solid, and extremely sturdy. I bought these to put in my daughter's room so that she can have a place to put her projector. The instructions are easy to follow and I love the fact that it came with a leveler. It is extremely stable and it is a nice thick wood.
