Beautiful shelves and lovely customer service !!

i first got a set of these shelves a few months back, and LOVE them: they are beautiful, great quality, and (very importantly!) were super easy to install as a solo lady with very little power-tool experience, just a tiny 12-N-torque drill and a dream. my books are prized possessions to me, and these shelves are a flawless way to store & display them.but of course, a constant accumulation of titles eventually warrants more shelf real estate, so i reordered the same set of shelves a few weeks back. the second set of shelves (while still beautiful!) ended up being a much lighter shade of wood than the first. i wanted them to match, so i reached out via conveniently-available QR code on the packaging to the company to ask about the color variation.Nataly got back to me quickly & was incredibly kind and helpful with my inquiry. Great value for the money

These shelves exceeded my expectations. They are solid, and extremely sturdy. I bought these to put in my daughter's room so that she can have a place to put her projector.
