Lovely Pieces, Awkward Together
First, I must say, the candle smells amazing. One of the best smelling candles ever!!I am still not quite sure I understand the concept here. The candle itself is very nice, the ceramic base is attractive, and even the lid with the faux succulent could work as a separate decorative piece. But together, the whole design feels a bit confusing. The biggest issue for me is that the succulent topper looks fairly fake, which takes away from the appeal of what is otherwise a pretty candle. More importantly, the setup is not very user-friendly. To remove the candle from the ceramic holder, you have to tilt and tug it out, which feels awkward. But if you leave the candle in the ceramic base to burn it there, it seems like it would be a hassle to neatly put the cover back on afterward.Individually, the pieces all have potential and could each be used for something practical or decorative. As one combined product, though, it just does not feel especially functional. Nice idea in theory, but the execution missed the mark for me.
