Beautiful and luxurious. Love the scent and elegant vessel. I would give more stars if I could!
I ordered this candle in Beach Bungalow. The scent is "Marine, Bergamot and Cedarwood" I am not sure what "Marine" is exactly, but it is quite a nice scent. It is quite sweet but also fresh. I had hoped it would be a little less sweet. I cant say that I detect either Bergamot or Cedarwood in the scent. But to me it smells like melon combined with tropical flowers and ocean air, however they do that! I am extremely particular about scents so to find one that I like is very difficult. I dont usually buy candles online for that reason. But given how much I like the Beach Bungalow scent I would be willing to try some of their other options.The ceramic vessel is heavy and I love that it is a matte black. I ordered this for my guest bathroom and I love it for there as the room is quite dark and no real plant would grow in there.I do wish that the lid fitted a little more tightly as it needs to be positioned to be in the center of the vessel. It can sit off center somewhat. But only slightly, so thats not a big deal.There is plenty of room inside the vessel for a taller candle if you wish to refill with a different brand. The candle itself is 3 3/4" x 2.5" height, but the interior of the vessel just under 4" wide and 3.25" high.I contacted the manufacturer about refills and was told that (at the time of writing) that the refills are available direct but are not available on Amazon. I hope that this will be addressed in the future.I like that the logo on the vessel is on one side only. It is actually an attractive logo though, but you can turn the vessel around if you don't want that to be visible. This is very thoughtful design! I for one don't like logos showing on my decorative items. So that fact alone would inspire me to keep refilling the candles and having it on permanent display.The set seems expensive at first glance but good quality soy candles by themselves are pricey and the vessel is a beautiful addition to my decor. If you wanted to use it as a bathroom canister or for other items you could if you didn't want to buy the refills. It makes a gorgeous canister even without a candle. The quality is so high, and the canister is so elegant that for me, I can see why it costs what it does. But once you have the canister, you could buy cheaper replacement candles.I hope that they will consider offering different matte vessel colors with different artificial plants over time, as I would consider buying more if there were different varieties of succulents.This would make an absolutely beautiful gift for someone for a housewarming or birthday. I love it and now want more than one!

This beach bungalow hidden candle is such a unique and thoughtful gift. I have a lot of men in my life—sons, husband, dads—and this ended up being an exceptional find for them.The container itself is beautiful. It comes in a really sleek black porcelain pot that feels very high-end, and the lid is topped with what looks like realistic succulents. Even though they’re faux, they look surprisingly natural and give the whole piece a really cool, polished aesthetic.When you open it, the candle inside smells absolutely divine. It was one of those scents that instantly made everyone pause and say, “Wait, that smells really good.”What I also love is that once the candle burns out, the container can easily be repurposed. High quality candle and display but a bit pricey in my opinion
First off, I love candles, aroma therapy oils and anything that make my house smell nice. For decades, I have used candles and they do a great job at scenting the air to make my house smell clean and fresh.I personally have never enjoyed floral type scented candles and have to say this candle smells amazing. I ordered the Beach Bungalow scent. It smells very masculine without being too overpowering. The scent is strong but not overwhelming.I appreciate the faux succulent plants on the top. It provides a nice look while the candle is not in use. The quality of materials and constructions is very high end and it appears to be very long lasting from the multiple sessions I have put it through.That being said, this is a higher end candle and the pricing it definitely reflective on that. At the price point of $45, it does carry a larger than normal price tag. I realize you are getting a nice décor faux plant to put in its place while not in use but it is on the more expensive side in my opinion.That being said, I am very happy with this candle and the ambience it provides whether it is lit or not. It appears to be very slow burning and fills my house with a beautiful and classy smell.

There’s plenty of room, so candles from other makers should fit without issue. The ceramic holder itself feels solid and looks like something you’d find in a higher‑end home store.The top arrangement is the real standout. The artificial succulents are set into realistic lava rock, and even up close it’s surprisingly hard to tell they aren’t real. It blends in naturally on a shelf or countertop, which makes the “hidden candle” concept work beautifully.The candle was a pleasant surprise too. I’m not a candle expert, but the two wicks and layered fragrance give it a more premium feel. The top layer has a clean, refreshing scent, and I appreciate that the wax is made from natural materials.My only small critique is the packaging. Everything arrives in a plain cardboard box, and at this price point I expected something more gift‑ready. That said, the product itself is lovely and would make a thoughtful gift for any candle lover—whether or not they have a green thumb.
