Much cheaper than national brands, easy set up, app isn't great but Alexa+hub is
I ordered the Sunbeam-Light Camel roller shade in blackout. It's in a kitchen, so I wanted something easy to clean. Install is super easy. My husband had my son do the brackets so he could learn. They popped right in.The company is super helpful with samples, making sure you measure correctly, and even checking that the fabric you select is the right one. I accidentally submitted an order for light-filtering instead of blackout, and they emailed me because they knew I had never ordered a sample of that color. I checked, and I had ordered the correct color but the wrong fabric. The ad says your first remote is free, but then during customization it charged me $19 for a remote. I emailed them, and they reversed the charge.After ordering my first one, and trying it for a few days to make sure I liked it, I then decided I wanted the hub to be able to connect multiple shades and put them on a schedule. Note that you can use their Tuya app to make the shade go up and down from your phone, but you cannot set a schedule. You need an Alexa echo (or other brand) AND the hub that they sell if you want to be able to set it up on a schedule.After I ordered the hub (and an Alexa since we didn't have one yet), I was able to connect it all and set it up on a schedule using Alexa. It goes up at the same time every morning and closes every evening. Which is exactly what I wanted, so now I plan to order several more!As said, it's in the kitchen. We already got food on it, and I wiped it with a hot soapy rag. It didn't come out, but I haven't tried something stronger yet. So we'll have to see if the stains come out.The Tuya app isn't great, but if you purchase a hub and then use Alexa you'll be good to go. You can also just do the remote-only, and that works fine. I specifically wanted to purchase one and then decide if I wanted to buy a bunch more so than I can have them all on a schedule.Also, I ordered the extra long charging cord but you really don't need it. The cord that it comes with would work for a kitchen where the outlet is next to the window. Just measure and decide which cord you need. We've had it a couple weeks and haven't needed to chart it, and the battery still says like 98% so I don't think it will need to be charged very often at all.

Great blinds!
These motorized blinds work great and look so nice in my living room! I absolutely love the motorized option as it makes opening and closing them so incredibly easy compared to typical shades that have to be worked by hand. They are made of a thick durable material that appears nice and smooth with no wrinkles giving such a pretty look. There is a charging port provided in the top upper portion of the blind. The black out option is wonderful too when needing a darker ambiance. The price is a little high but well worth it.

OMG where has the pitch black been all my life!!! These blinds are the bomb and work wonderful in our bedroom. It is so nice to lay in bed and have the lights just go out!! The action is smooth on the motor. The material is thick and cuts all light. Price is probably right for motorized shades even though it is higher then what we would normally pay,. Installation was easy..Packaging was well done and I do not see it breaking in transport.I would recommend this product at the price point of $100-150I received this product for review. The only difference between my normal reviews and my Vine reviews, are I try to go more in depth out of courtesy for others and in respect of the program itself. I also still have to pay taxes, actually use the product, and spend time writing this. My impression overall of the vine program as since the sellers know we are free to leave our honest opinion, they believe in their products before putting them into the program!!
