The thick black wood looks great with our beams we have in the house. I wanted to put some decorative stuff on the shelves so these ended up being perfect. I bought 2 sets so we had matching shelves in the primary bedroom. Value for the money, would recommend to a friend and would purchase again.
These shelves are PERFECT!!! I searched for a long time for actual wood shelves and not just ones with a laminate over particle board. My husband hung four of these up by himself in under an hour and they look AMAZING. we want floating shelves elsewhere in our house and will definitely be ordering this brand again. These are pretty heavy and you can tell they are very well made. Like I said, easy to install and instructions were easy to understand. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
I hate leaving negative reviews and very rarely do but I think one is necessary in this case. I installed this shelf system, and yes I did it properly, but the shelves are VERY saggy even with nothing heavy on them, just towels and other bathroom items. I had the brackets screwed into studs, and they were very secure, but based on this (poor) design, there is just not enough holding the shelves themselves onto the brackets, and more importantly there is nothing pulling the shelves toward the wall, so they sag. Don't get me wrong, I think the quality of this item is good, it seems to be well made, but not only does it not function well, after trying this I can only conclude that any shelf system of this type cannot possibly work well. Again, there is just not enough support for the shelves and nothing "pulling" them back toward the wall.
Nice shelves but don't plan to put anything heavy on them unless you add additional brackets. Otherwise they are as expected.
Easy to install and look highend. Create seemless no mess look. Variety of colors for every decor.
Not bad for the price. Brackets seem sturdy but the fit between the bracket and the shelves allows too much play from front to back. After a week or so of being up with about 3-4 lbs of items on them they are already leaning forward.
