Strong, durable adjustable curtain rod is perfect. Comes with extra rods if needed. We used this curtain rod over our French doors and the two windows alongside them, which made it look elite. Easy to install and will never have to replace it again. Well worth the cost.

This curtain rod is actually really solid and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. It looks nice once it’s up and fits in well with the room. I liked how adjustable it is, which made installation pretty easy. For the price, it honestly feels like a good deal. The only downside is the mounting hardware — it works, but it’s not the best quality. I ended up grabbing better screws from the hardware store. Not a big deal, and the rod feels super sturdy now. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.
This is a surprisingly heavy duty curtain rod. It consists of a series of short tubes which screw into each other end to end until they reach the length you need, plus three brackets, two finials (the round balls at the ends), and screws and anchors to attach the brackets to a wall. (You’ll need those anchors to attach to drywall unless there’s a stud in place behind the bracket location, or for masonry. If your surface is wood you won’t need anchors). Two of the tubes are end tubes - one telescoping, one fixed - each having a smaller screw hole that fits the finial screws.The set is good looking and seems well machined, everything fitting together nicely. The bracket rings through which the rods pass have plenty of room, and each has a set screw that can be tightened once everything is in place so the rod won’t move around when you open and close the curtains. I’d recommend mounting the brackets with those set screws down, so you can reach them easily to tighten or, should you need to take the rod down, loosen them.The rod is a full inch in diameter; if you’re using curtains that hang by putting the rod through a channel in the top of the curtain, make sure the channel is big enough. If it’s more of a drape that uses rings, most rings will fit fine. Note: if the curtain is lightweight, you can get rings with little clothespins that attach to the top of the curtain so you can hang it on this beefy rod even if it’s a channel type with a small channel.Quick assembly hint: once your brackets are in place, make up two sections of rod that are each slightly more than the length between an end rod and the middle one. Don’t forget to use the two end rods that have the finial attachments, and make use of the telescoping end rod to fine tune the fit. Put one side of the curtain onto each section, put the rod sections through the brackets on the wall, and screw the two sections together in the middle, in place through all three brackets. Attach the finials, adjust the curtains and rods to suit, and then tighten those set screws on the brackets.If you cleverly put up the rod, attach the finials, and then need to hang the curtains onto it, you’ll just have to take it down again. Ask me how I know! 🤣
