I really love this butterfly/flower engraved crystal ball. It's really beautiful, detailed, and looks as shown in the listing image. The decorative metal stand is lovely, as well, feels sturdy, and both are of good quality.As for size, it fits in the palm of your hand, so not large, but not so small that you can't see the detail. Depending on how you turn it, you get a different vantage point of the design, so you can adjust based on your preference.It fits perfectly on the stand, which is just tall enough to allow the light to reflect through it completely. The detail does show up better when it's in a well-lit area over a more shadowy area (to be expected).This would make a great gift. The price is right for the quality, and I recommend!

Pretty, But Not a Hummingbird
This HDCRYSTALGIFTS "3D Hummingbird Crystal Ball" is pretty neat. It is a small artwork (see my photo next to the ruler) but it has a really neat look to it. I was disappointed that it doesn't look to be a hummingbird- the beak isn't long enough to look like a hummingbird. It looks like just a regular songbird midflight in the air. The flowers too, are really just hinted at in their form, not much detail to them at all to identify them as flowers. There were a few random tiny air bubble inclusions inside the glass ball as well, not many, just one or two imperfections. The crystal ball sits on the stand, the stand is ok and holds the ball in place, but by itself- has not the highest quality look to the metalwork or metal material. Overall, this bird ball is a nice keepsake, but not as wonderful as it could be. And does not appear to be a hummingbird at all, which disappointed me. In general, though it is charming.

The detail on this is beautiful, and the stand that came with it makes it look extra nice. I'm not really sure what to say about it other than it's a fantastic decoration piece, and I am not disappointed in the slightest. I would grab this again in a heartbeat.I do have an affinity for the ones that have those little lights beneath them, but since I have a couple of those and can just swap that with them since they're the same size, that just creates more opportunity for this, in my opinion, not a clash.Basically, if you love dragons and enjoy decorative items like this, then there's not really a downside to getting it. The cost isn't prohibitive from what I saw, and it just looks amazing. 10 out of 10, would purchase for sure.
