This is material, and washable. We used it for a floor runner, at a haunted trail. It got beat up the first night, and I washed it, used it the second night. Now, I'll be saving it for whatever else I find it handy for. I could see it being a back drop, or a table cover. The colors are brilliant, and were very awesome in black light.
This is great. Use it for retro gaming nights and it's a key part of getting that classic arcade feel for me. It's a real rug, very long and durable, and stays put under lots of traffic.
This is not a mat in any way it is a thin sheet that you’re supposed to tie off on the ground. Horrible horrible, horrible dance mat do not buy you are not dancing on this. The first person that dances on it’s gonna mess the whole thing… useless

I actually used this to hang from my classroom ceiling. It adds a fun pop of color.
