I bought this during Chrismas time and I love that my house was smelling like Christmas. So easy to use just put the candle, turn on for the time that you want and forget about it. Also, it looks beautiful just as a decorative piece.
I love this warmer! You can set it for 3, 6 or 9 hours. It's very easy to set, there is a remote right on the cord. The remote lights up to indicate which setting you have chosen and the small light stays on until the warmer turns itself off at the desired time. And so easy to dispose of the melted wax, just let it cool and harden, the silicone tray removes easily and the wax comes right out. And the silicone has a mold in the shape of a bear in the bottom so you get a cute impression of a bear in your wax. Heats up quickly too!!
I've been really pleased with this warmer.It is easy to change out wax and throws scent nicely.
I was really looking forward to recieving this wax warmer. However, once it arrived, it worked for an hour and then failed to heat up again after. I attempted to open the bottom to replace what I thought might be a bulb- but instead, there's some sort of heating element glued to the melting tray. Super bummed that this thing didn't even last a whole day, let alone more than a single hour. Definitely not worth it.
This thing is awesome and easy to clean due to the removable silicone tray.
We mostly have had a good experience with this brand. We bought three warmers from them in October 2024. As of today, one of the warmers stopped working, and we’ve reached out to Happy Wax to see how they will handle it and will update this review accordingly. I’d hope they replace it for free since we’ve had it for a short period of time. That said, their wax melts have a great scent selection, but the duration and strength vary, and there is a desire for a stronger scent.
This thing has been amazing. I use it to keep my master bedroom smelling fresh. The timer function works perfectly and is really what sets this above the rest. I just do the three hour increments on low heat once or twice a day to keep my space smelling wonderful. You can use any wax you like, I've used many different brands and scents to find what I like (I use wax melts from Stirling Soap because they have wax melts in masculine scents like Sandpiper). I've had mine for over 6 months now and it's been perfect. The melted wax easily pops out of the tray when you need fresh wax.The only thing to mention is that the silicon tray leaks, so some wax builds underneath it and every now and then I need to scrape it up from the heating plate as well as the outside of the silicon tray. I can't tell if there's a microscopic tear or if the melted wax can just penetrate the material naturally, I can't see any tears or imperfections in the tray, and I'm not sure how the wax is leaking underneath. But it comes up easy so it doesn't bother me too much. It takes 3-5 minutes to scrape it clean with my thumbnail and I do that maybe once a month or less.
