Well Made/Great Purchase

This is a well-made jute rug. I purchased the 4' round rug for use in a small front entry. I opened it outside as some jute rugs when first received shed lots of fibers. This one did not. It also did not have an unnatural odor upon opening as some jute rugs can. It did have the natural aroma of jute as is expected which disapated quickly. The seams and edges of the rug are well finished. Upon opening I backrolled it overnight and it flattened out nicely with the exception of a crease down the middle which is decreasing now that it's on the floor. I expect it to relax as well. I am using a grip type rug pad as I don't want the rug to slide on the tile flooring. I like the organic look of the rug. The texture is surprisingly soft under foot given it's jute and the thickness allows for the front door to swing freely. I have noted no shedding and the size was as stated. I would purchase from this company again as am very pleased with the quality and feel it is a great value.Update: I bought a second rug from this company due to the quality of the first. Second rug was 6' round. Pleased to say it too was high quality. Creases came out when I backed rolled it and the middle crease reported in the first rug I purchased was relieved by rolling the rug in the opposite direction of the crease. Due to its larger size was concerned that the creases would be an issue. They weren't! Highly recommend this company for their jute rugs. Will be my go to!

The workmanship is above and beyond

This is my second purchase from this company. I ordered a large 4 ft jute round area rug. It is stunning. It is the most gorgeous jute area rug. I’ve have purchased ever and I highly recommend it. I’ve read some reviews where the jute smells and there’s little knobs in the fabric or a little knots. Well, it’s jute shoot is a natural fiber. It does have a smell a slight smell some more than others just because it is a natural fiber. I do not smell anything on my rug, but I might be so used to jute that I don’t notice it, but this is the most absolutely best craftsmanship I have seen and I highly recommend this company and they stay behind their products. It looks beautiful the colors perfect and the workmanship is excellent.

What you need to know

I bought this 5x8 rug for my sunroom- I need two (one for each end of room), but I wanted to be sure it would work before I’d have to deal with returning both.My initial thoughts…I think it is a nice, heavy, well-made rug. It is pretty thick (1/4”) and comfortable enough underfoot. It has a border, which is nice, but you can’t really turn the rug over to the other side if you have a need to. The other side is obviously the bottom.I would call the color more of a yellow gold. It does have other colors running through it, which would help it go with darker furniture or rattan blinds in the room.The rug arrived in a beat-up box, but it was rolled and wrapped well, so no harm. It was virtually crease free except for one center crease that should flatten out quickly. I don’t see any tendency for shedding, but time will tell.I personally think buying items like this on Amazon are hit or miss. It’s difficult to know what colors you are really going to get, so I’ve taken some very accurate photos for you.All in all, I would recommend this rug. It would be nice if it were reversible, but I’m good with it. I may go with some sort of cotton or blend boho rugs next time for a different vibe, but these should work for a few years.After ordering the second one I felt I should come back to mention both of these have had delayed shipping (by 2-3 days), so if a speedy delivery is needed, you might want to plan accordingly

Extremely satisfied with this rug.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this rug!! The rug came folded in a box that literally looked as if it fell off the truck several times. When I saw that it was folded I was skeptical that the wrinkles and folds would not come out. To my surprise after unfolding and rolling it up and leaving for a few days the wrinkles were completely gone. The rug is beautiful, soft and the braided trim makes it look of higher quality. I highly recommend this rug! Price point was the best among all the different sites including Etsy.
