Mixed feelings

The rug is very pretty colors are vibrant. The smell when it first arrives is insane. Lord it took forever to get it out. I bought it Dec 17 and just recently end of January finally got the smell to go away SOMEWHAT. The quality is great it’s thick and soft. Greta value for the money BUT the shedding is crazy. It does not stop shedding I’ve tried combing and vacuuming and I can’t see to get it to stop. I’m going to try to have it professionally shampooed or something but I’d gay doesn’t work I might just return it which I don’t want to because I love it ! But he shedding and smell makes it difficult to love:

Unique statement piece!

Easily the most high maintenance decor item I own, but I have to admit I love it. It’s super unique and looks a lot like the photos. It feels very thick, plush, and expensive underfoot.I was a little disappointed by how different the colors were compared to the product photos. The circles are like an orange mustard color, rather than the warm brown shown, the tan shade is lost a dark tan-beige, and the white is a warm natural wool shade with yellow undertones.I’ve been vacuuming it almost every day for about a month and in the last week or two I’ve noticed a substantial reduction in the shedding. There is absolutely no noticeable loss in volume or bare spots after the shedding period. The shedding with natural, hand-tufted wool rugs is real, and the stark black white contrast shows that a lot, especially at first.In sum, it’s a super cool abstract rug that makes a bold design statement. The pillow covers in the image were also purchased on Amazon. I thought it was worth the cost, and I’m glad I got it!
