While this "blue" rug is anything but blue, that's OK. I was not expecting it to be so. The pictures posted by this distributor are relatively accurate, with the primary background more of a mottled dark charcoal with subtle steaks of rich grey. The flowers are shades of brown and beige, the edges are soft grey. It's a beautiful combo. It's very well suited for my family room with mission oak furniture and brown upholstery.The rug appears to be very well made. It's thick and dense. Right now, early on, it is shedding, to be expected. Guess the vacuum will get an extra workout for awhile.Shipping was flawless and relatively quick. The protective shipping wrap was very much intact and sturdy, considering it arrived from India. Very pleased!

Sheds fibers profusely

Worse carpet I have ever owned. Carpet fibers sticking to our feet, my cat, floating fuzzies all over the house, vacuum stuffed with fibers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARPET. I can only imagine what my cat has swallowed washing herself off.
