Nicely Crafted Stone Bowl - Brownish Marble look

The stone bowl I received is a good size - it is about the size and looks similar to half of a large baked potato. Since these are handmade - I doubt any are exact or may be close to those shown in photos. The one I got looks like a type of marble - I am not a stone expert but it looks more like the speckled one in the photo and is oval about 1 inch deep measuring from inside the bowl. it is about 4" x 6" in width, length and does have a very flat bottom so it does not "rock".The bowl actually fits the palm of my had very well. I can see using it for loose change or items i would place in a tray.I think it would be helpful if you could chose the color or a "rough" likeness of the bowl you prefer. The inside of the one I got was polished on the inside and rough-hewn on the outside. It's not the prettiest bowl i have seen but it is neat that it is carved from actual stone.

This is an interesting and unique little bowl. I chose the green color. I would describe the predominant shade to be a medium olive tone. The bowl is about 5.5 inches across at its widest point. It’s an ideal size to hold a set of keys or other small items. I’m pleased.

Didn’t get the one I ordered

They sent me the wrong one. I ordered a brown one because I really like the way it looks, but they sent me a very unappealing and frankly ugly one. It looks like the padding that goes under carpet (see my picture), very splotched looking with colors that aren’t appealing to me. I was really looking forward to getting a brown one, had plans to put a small scene of ground cover succulents and a little gnome in it.Other than that, it seems nice and solid.

Very pretty green trinket dish....

I love natural stone so this decorative trinket bowl was right up my alley. I ordered mine in the color Green to match the décor in the room that I wanted to place it. It was nicely packaged and is ready to be used or given as a gift. Mine is made out of a pretty stone in shades of green with black speckles that appears to be serpentine. It is right in there with the expected size range mentioned in the product description, mine is 5” in diameter and 11oz in weight. The outside is more rough cut, though there are no sharp edges, with a polished inside that really shows off the pretty colors of the serpentine. The dish a is great size for nearly everything including jewelry, keys, soap, whatever. Overall it is a nice stone bowl/dish and it really fits in well with my décor. I really love the colors and patterns of the stone....
