Huge bag of quality artificial moss...great value!

The artificial moss from seller Halatool is large and filled with some of the better faux moss I have seen online in the past couple of years. I use moss frequently in both indoor and outdoor floral and plant arrangements and was so happy to discover that this moss is a good, realistic color and has the texture and feel of a real dried moss or top-quality faux moss. Bad quality moss is sticky, neon-bright green and extremely messy and difficult to work with. The good stuff (like this!) has a bit of slight color variation throughout, is a true woodland moss color and is easy to pull apart and work with without stickiness or a mess. This moss is great as a moisture insulator on the top of potted plants, as a decorative finishing touch on the top of artificial floral arrangements, and is fantastic for arts and crafts projects. If you have been searching for a good value on a quality bag of fake moss, this is it. Highly recommended!

Really looks like moss

I love fairy gardens, but I really love to personalize all of the items so my fairy gardens look unique. In the past I've driven to the mountains to pick up some moss for decorating. Now I don't have to take a trip to add charm to my fairy gardens. This is quite a large bag of fake moss so I can add moss to any project I desire and share some. I thought that because it was a vibrant green that it may color the hands when touching it, but to my surprise it didn't. It looks pretty convincing and appears quite realistic. The feel is soft and spongy, also quite convincing. You can pull it apart like moss into what ever size pieces are needed. I do wish the bag was resealable as it can be quite messy, but I transferred all of it to ziplock bags and called it good.

Nice amount in package

Nice sized bag for the price! Comes with a lot of moss. I plan on making a moss frame for my mirror and will need a nice amount of moss. So I’ll be using this and will get larger chunks as well.It does seem very shredded so I’m sure it’ll make a mess but I’ll be putting down a tarp before using it.

Great moss to work with!

This fake moss is great! I was able to spread it easily and for me I didn’t want to pack it as I’ve previously done. I wanted this one to be nice and fluffy and have more of a natural textured look. It was easy to achieve that because the moss wasn’t stuck together in clumps. I also noticed I didn’t have green dye all over my fingers, which is something I’ve had in the past when dealing with moss. I like also that it came in an airtight bag versus a hard block. Typically, I use a spray adhesive to keep the moss in place and from fall out but this seems to be doing really well and holding its position. I highly recommend this moss. It’s just enough for one decent size planter.

Very green and looks like healthy moss
