Elegant, Lovely! But Not Blackout

Ordered the 84" in coral and grey as "a test curtain" for our home office, and they look just great! Soft material, hangs nicely, well made, and while the design is "flowery", they aren't too feminine-flowery. (Hubby loves them, and he's not a flower curtain kind of guy.) We get strong, direct sun in the office, and while these filter a little sun, they're not true room darkening. We added a tabbed curtain liner with rings from RosieLily and that made it perfect.We wanted a 2nd set, but in 63" length for the bedroom next door. Alas, there are no coral and grey in that size anymore (March 2, 2022). Not with this white background, anyway. We did find them in other sites, including the manufacturer's, but guess what? This same design is on a brown burlap material! Ugh. We've returned them, and had to pay shipping, plus a restocking fee (on another site). Now I guess we wait to see if the white background ever comes in again. Maybe they're stuck on a ship somewhere, waiting to be unloaded. We can only hope.

Lovely room darkening curtains

I was waking early due to sun in my face so I decided it was time for a pair of room darkening curtains. I chose these and hung them (technically incorrectly, I hung one curtain per window to prevent the gap between a pair in the center of the window. Its a small window so one panel covered perfectly)I like the floral pattern a lot, it brightens up the room nicely while also darkening very well. No more sun in my eyes at 530 am! They’re not full blackout but thats fine, I don’t need night shift worker darkness, just need to block a bit more light than a standard lined curtain would. I got a curved curtain rod so they reach the wall, giving more light filtering.I highly recommend these curtains, they’re very nice looking, darken the room and are a great price.
