I can’t believe I’m writing a rug review, but this really really impressed me especially since before this I had been using cheap rugs from like China or something. First of all, it’s beautiful but the part that really gets me is how soft it is. I didn’t even think rugs were made like this. This is the softest carpeting I’ve ever feltedit… March 2025: I washed the first rug on a gentle cold cycle as the tag stated, and I also dried it on ultra delicate. And honestly, I never listen to the instructions when they say to use delicate, but this instance I actually did. so when I took the first rug out of the dryer, it had a loose thread in the corner that was coming out. I ordered a replacement got another and figured I would just do everything possible to not let that happen again because I honestly love this rug. It is by far the softest rug I’ve ever felt. I mean clearly I’ve never felt a Persian rug, but this is extremely soft and I love the colors. I was actually so afraid to wash it that I just kept spraying shout on it because it’s a high traffic area next to my bed, so eventually I had to wash it so I put it on a cold/cold delicate cycle and same with the dryer but the dryer has “ultra delicate“. the first dryer run left it still extremely wet so I just did it again for a little bit and it’s actually still wet, but I didn’t want it tumbling anymore because once again the same exact thing happened. The same thread in one of the corners came loose. It’s in my bedroom and no one will see it so I’m not worried about that but it just kind of annoys me that both rugs did the same exact thing. I don’t know my best advice to you is do whatever you can to avoid putting this in an actual washing machine. I had been spot cleaning for months, but it got to the point where I really needed to wash it because it had a gray tint to it from all the traffic. So yeah, I just wanted to let you know that, even though it tells you, you can put it in the washing machine I can almost guarantee you will end up with loose threads. And if this is in your living room and you frequently host company that might not be good for you.

Looks nice but can’t vacuum

Probably more 3.5 but rounding up. Soft rug, nice colors. The biggest problem is that you can’t vacuum it. I’ve tried two different vacuums on every setting available but the material just gets sucked up and you can’t move the vacuum (my cordless vac literally shut itself off and showed an error). I suggest spending more money to get something thicker/sturdier that you can more easily keep clean. That’s what I should have done. At least it’s pretty, for now

A Very Nice Area Rug and A Nice Value

When I first received my rug, I was surprised the packaging was so compact. My new area rug was easy to handle and lay out. Initially, there were some folding wrinkles that were a bit persistent and took time to work themselves out. However, after several days’ time, that was no longer an issue. The colors, texture and soft feel of the rug is lovely, and very much like the description given. I’m finding the rug very enjoyable and I’m very glad I purchased it. I would recommend this brand and the product to others.

Bad customer service and item description..

First of all you cannot vacuum this rug. This rug has a stark white background. It’s not easy to return. I was told UPS would pick up the rugs and provide return labels for the boxes. This did not transpire they made one attempt and when I called customer service back they said that UPS does not provide return labels I could print them out myself and take the boxes to UPS. I struggle to get these rugs in the plastic bags that they came in and into the boxes. In the description for these rugs it says they can be vacuumed. THEY CANNOT!! I am very disappointed with the customer service at Amazon and UPS!
