Overall excellent product. Dimensions I sent in were spot on matched with what was delivered. Ability to connect to Alexa to operate is excellent. Material is quality and blocks out light as expected. Pretty easy to install with someone helping. Challenges with getting app downloaded and connected but works perfectly now!
I'm very happy with the quality of my curtains. The fabric is beautiful and heavy. It feels and looks like a quality product. I'm also very happy with the customer service I received. I ordered my curtains too wide. When following the instructions to order 1.3 times the width of the opening, I ended up with a rod longer than the width of available wall space. The door I'm covering is in a "bump out" so there is only a few inches of space on either side of the sliding door. I contacted Graywind via Whatsapp and they resolved my issue immediately by re-making the order in a smaller size. I was only charged for the shipping cost. I received the re-made curtains and rod today. They work perfectly and look great. Very happy with the whole experience.
They look nice. The installation brackets weren’t right but we were able to fix it. Don’t bother buying the smart opener because nothing we do will make it connect to our network. They are really great for privacy and energy efficiency. I like them for what we used them for but I definitely won’t buy again. It’s too pricey not to work for what I paid. Be sure to follow the measurements well. Also, don’t but the extension cord until after you get it because it turned out we didn’t need it.
I've bought 2 curtains from this seller and they have both been perfect. Exactly to my specs, easy to install and setup and very helpful customer service. Make sure you measure twice and carefully because they are custom.
In short: Battery failure. Mounting brackets didn't hold. Poor Customer Service. Decent curtain material and quality though.In Detail: The battery only lasts 2 weeks not 3 months before I have to charge it. They only gave me 4 mounting brackets for this heavy curtain. When opened to one side, all of that heavy weight was on 2 brackets. It initially pulled it out of the wall. I had to use 3 brackets of my own to get it to hold properly. Customer Service was not very helpful. They just sent me some video links to my installation question. Both videos literally showed the opposite instructions/direction for the flow of the inside green track. I had to use my common sense to figure out which video was accurate.I have the motorized blinds and curtains. Blinds I give 3 stars but curtains only 1 star.
Overall pretty good product. The lining option does NOT black out all the light, I would recommend to the company they use a thick plastic lining instead of the fabric lining. The clips that hold the curtain rail is a bit weak, made of plastic partly, would recommend making it all metal and using stronger springs. Seller made it right with me after some messaging.
The blackout is complete. Using Alexa or using the remote control is convenient. Worth the money!
