Great product! Useless & misleading instructions

I was thrilled to find a vertical blind system that would link with Alexa.The assembly and installation was a breeze. And thankfully did not really need the written instructions (mostly diagrams) that came with it.But when I tried to link it to Alexa, it appeared to be impossible. Reading the instructions carefully, it sounded like it would not and control was only through the remote that came with it.I reached out to the company indicating I was about to box it up and send it back to them as their description on Amazon clearly suggested that it would. Fortunately, someone from the company emailed me a QR code to a YouTube video that explain how it was done. I could never have figured this out without that video. They're instructions were beyond useless.So bottom line. Great product. Incredibly terrible instructions.

Automatic vertical blinds

Update: my blinds were having issues opening properly. I used the amazon contact method with vendor and thier response was quick, back and forth. They also used video chat to assist on the issue. They determined that the track had issues and quickly sent out a new track that works perfectly. Great support.I ordered these a couple of months ago. I contacted support with help on properly sizing up my blinds. They were prompt and very helpful. I ordered my custom blinds and was a little surprised they shipped directly from china. What i would say is the packaging was excellent and everything was perfect. I ordered 102 in high blinds and then i hung the brackets at 103 inches. The blinds are perfect height of about 1/2 from floor. When you open or close them i recommend you turn the blinds so they are sideways before you open or close so they dont bind. They look really nice and the motor is quiet. Been up for one day but dont expect any issues. Will buy from them again.

Not good for keeping out sun or heat

They look really nice but quite the project to put together unless you have done it before. i live in Arizona so I wanted them to keep out the sun. They are really thin and I doubt will do that. I have little dogs and need to cut the blinds for doggy door. Could not do that with these because of bottom chain. Also, really expensive for the quality. We will see how long the remote control lasts. No kids or anything.
