Clean Modern Look
I bought these for two large sliding glass doors (8 ft. tall & 10 ft. wide) to replace vertical blinds from the 1990s. I did an outside mount, with five panels, light gray blackout, and ordered them 12 inches wider for a six inch overlap on each side, which works out great. For this size and with blackout fabric, the price was awesome. The railing feels very sturdy and the fabric is very modern and attractive (definitely order the samples first so you can pick your color / transparency unambiguously). If you have to do an outside mount on a large door, the side with the wand does let some light in because that's the 5th panel that stacks furthest from the wall. Their track systems keeps the panels as close together as you could have, so that's not a knock on this item, just the nature of panel track blinds. It's still 99% effective on a third floor (above trees) facing East getting the full morning sun + reflection off the water. Regardless, the light control + privacy flexibility of the sliders is fantastic .... well worth that very minor drawback IMHO. Oh, and unlike vertical blinds, you can easily move the non-wand side over by gently grabbing the panel, which is great for peeking out that side or easily cleaning the area. The written instructions aren't so great; just toss those and watch the video on this product page and it's no problem. For one room, I used plastic toggles for ceiling mount (no studs in the mounting area); those feel much more secure to me than the included anchors. The ceiling mount took a little finesse to get the rail into the mounting brackets, but to be fair I was going Han Solo on an eleven footer, so I recommend enlisting a friend if you're doing that on a large opening. And I had to put the valance hardware (the full length clear plastic / acrylic piece with channels) up before putting the fabric into it, because you can't really tilt it in when you're up against the ceiling, and I needed to see through to squeeze the mounting clips in. Little annoying to work the fabric in on a ladder, but worth it in the end.The wall mount was super easy to pop in to the brackets and add the valance, though. I got lucky and had a header all the way across, so no drywall anchoring / toggles needed on that one, either. My only design gripe is you do feel a little bump when the panel moves across the seam in the "joinable" solution (>98"). They send you two identical tracks that you butt up against each other, and there's a flat metal plate with set screws that fits into the top (hidden when installed) channel to lock the two halves together. If they could somehow make that mitered or interlocking or something, that would be ideal. But maybe that's not feasible for the metal work, I don't know. You don't actually see a seam if you buy the valance (and you want to buy the valance for sure, anyway). Overall it's not a big deal and I'd still highly recommend it, just take your time to get the pieces aligned and the plate in tight. *** And you'll need to have a 2.5 mm Allen key handy ... it's not included. ***

Excellent purchase and perfect application.
Love these. A little challenge with the upper portion during install. We ordered 1 panel width extra. This was a great idea so it covers 4-6 extra inches on each side. This way you get total sun blockage. We get a lot of compliments from guests. 2nd set we ordered. Mft shipped a 6 foot valance. Contacted them and 2 week later had correct 12 foot valance. Good product and hopefully won't need to repurchase but if I did...it would be from them again.

Beautiful and precise fit.
These panels were exactly what we were looking for. They are 100% blackout and they glide along the tracks effortlessly and quietly. The material looks and feels luxurious, even if they come at great value. We ordered one for our kitchen sliding door. It measures 109” x 98”. We got a system that fit precisely those measurements. While the instructions are a bit basic, the system is simple to install. The most annoying part might just be your arms getting tired from predrilling the holes and screwing in the support brackets. Just take your time, lay out all components, and visualize how they interconnect and the steps required to take.We will be ordering an identical system for our primary bedroom sliding door; but perhaps with a bit more color!Your experience may vary, but mine also arrived weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend these as they are a tremendous value over the same stuff designers will sell you coming in at a fraction of the cost plus some elbow grease.

Recommended buy!
Overall dimensions of my kit: 90” H x 114” W.Panels: 26” WidthIf you want the fully open panels to clear the window (do not obstruct the view out the window) make sure you add an extra 26” to the width of the window measurements. This will give enough room for the panels to fully clear the window when fully open. Also add a few extra inches of width for good measure. Better to be a few inches over than just the right size.PROS- well packaged- Great customer service. They will reach out quickly for customer confirmation of the specs of the order and will resolve questions/issue quickly.- Good quality/value- Good looking window treatment for a fraction of what you’d pay at a specialty store- Panels glide smoothlyCONS- the instructions leave much to be desired (see install hints below)- The included anchors don’t work in drywall/Sheetrock. Need to buy the right anchors.- Included tape didn’t stick to my wall. Needed to use my own painters tape.Install hints:1. measure from the floor to the height of what you ordered plus space on the bottom so the panels don’t hit the floor. (For example, I ordered 90” high panels. I measured 91” up from the floor. This gave 90” for the panels & 1” clearance at the bottom.)2. The hardware that came with the panels won’t support the weight of the panels. I switched out the screws and anchors that came with the kit for ones that could carry the weight of the track & panels.3. Certainly if you have a stud finder aim to install the brackets on studs whoever possible (the instructions don’t say that).4. The tape that came with the kit didn’t stick to my wall so I used blue painters tape instead.5. IF YOUR KIT HAS JOINERS for the TRACK & VALANCE: My track had a metal joiner plate. A support bracket can’t clear the metal joiner plate therefore rendering that bracket of no effect. Don’t place a bracket at the track joint. For the valance: All the heads of the screws that join the valance broke. I recommend replacing the included screws with #6 “1/4” wood screws with washers.
