I received my blinds 1 week ago. Installation was mildly difficult as I had some issues with the drywall anchors provided. I had some extra drywall anchors, so this was not an issue. They look exactly like they do in the pictures. Hanging the fabric veins was easy and intuitive. Instructions indicate the veins are machine washable, which is good. The valance looks fine, pretty standard valance. Valance was easy to attach and center on the track.My order also arrived much earlier than the estimates on the product page (2 weeks instead of 1 month).I am happy with my purchase.

Very Elegant Blinds
I am extremely happy with the look and feel of these blinds. I love them! Also, the customer support here is amazing. They helped me purchase the valence separately after purchase, and with questions before.The blinds filter light beautifully when open, partially open, or closed. When partial open, you can see out.. but your neighbors can't see in. The adjuster rod is aluminum not some cheap plastic, and the blinds extend/retract easily and quietly. It's a very well designed, manufactured, and sold product.

Good light blocking with nice fabric quality
I purchased these curtains to improve privacy and reduce light in the room, and they do a good job overall. The fabric feels thick and well-made, and the stitching is neat. My curtains are beautiful and the custom cut was to my exact measurements, however one of my plastic clips on my track snapped off which caused one of the panels to just hang. I reached out to the Graywind company to see if there was any solution to fix this, they responded immediately had me send pictures. Within a few weeks they sent me a whole new rod. Love it!
I love the individual panels!! Love how it looks!This was the main reason we bought this product, because of the individual panels. Now we can walk outside and still have privacy since we don’t have to move the blinds to one side, although it’s an option.We ordered outside mounting with valance. Doesn’t completely block out the sun but it does an ok job.Hubby didn’t take long to install it. He was a bit confused at first with the instructions but he figured it out.Shipping was great. Everything came together and well packaged.

Failure on maker
The maker did not have all the parts to hang the blinds. There were no instructions. What parts that were in package were just thrown on top and had sticky tape on so it was stuck to the fabric. I purchased a standard size and feel like I received someone else’s return. Now in dissertation to get my money back. I would give NO Stars if it were option. Don’t waste your time. My other blinds from different maker are amazing.
