Cheaply made
Yes this is a cute little shelf but the cons are significant!Firstly, i purchased this around June 28th and it was delivered June 30th. due to remodeling the space that this was going in i just recently opened this product and put it on the wall after the remodel was complete.I purchased this mainly to put above my fish tank to hold the simple and non heavy items for it, i.e. Fish food, magnet cleaner, fish scoop, and algae flakes. the build quality is not good, It didn't even hold that very well ( You can see when it is placed on the shelf that the shelf lowers. when hanging this the back brackets were installed unevenly (product arrived with them on the back already) as you can see from the tape measure as reference. so before hanging i had to fix the bracket to make it hang level. the shelf itself just slots into the dragon and is not firmly attached to anything. i ended up using wood glue to put the shelf in and make it permanent and secure. now ,after the alteration i had to make myself, it is holding the minimum of what i needed it for. overall if you are wanting something for show and something that is pretty then yes this will work but if you want a pretty functioning shelf be prepaired to alter it.
