Craftsmanship was a little lacking. Paint had a little dripping on one.
I ordered this trio of sweet reading frogs for my daughter as we are all bookworms and she, to my delight has added a library to her home just like she grew up with in our family home. She is a frog lover, and these are perfect for her. These guys arrived packed in a box securely within molded to fit each statue Styrofoam and each wrapped individually in a cellophane bag. The frogs are created from resin, and the gold coloring is a muted tone that keeps them looking classy and not too shiny. The three different poses are adorable and expected from anyone who loves to read. I have taken off one star due to the dimpling that is on only one of my statues. There are 4 dimples on the belly and one small blemish on the back of his book. This is not a deal breaker for me, and I could have sent it back. But they give him a little character, so I decided to keep him. Even so, I think these guys are incredibly cute and they just make me smile. This trio is currently priced at less than $20 and will make a joyful addition to any decor of someone who loves to read.
