It comes packaged in a cute little box, that has some paper straw on the bottom, to help protect the gift. It also come vacuumed packed, to keep it from scratching, and then in another plastic bag as well. Great care has been taken to protect this amazing heart felt gift. It is a gift that even when your long gone, your son will see it and read the loving words and know you love him still, and are not far away, but right there living on in his heart and memory. Your son will never forget his mother loved him with all her heart. This Puzzle Plaque fit’s the words so completely, making it a meaningful gift. It’s a truly personal to your son. One he’ll appreciate for years to come.My has worked with acrylic materials before, and he sad that this was a very durable, high quality acrylic. He said the craftsmanship is professional quality and That it is made from scratch resistant acrylic with a smooth finish. He said they made this plaque last. It stands securely without falling over. They even give a sealed microfiber cloth to clean it with, that is made to not scratch the acrylic. At first, I honestly thought it looked cloudy or slightly dirty, and I was disappointed. Then I noticed the edge of the film, peeled it off, and it looked completely clear and polished. Huge difference. So definitely check for that before judging the appearance.It’s lightweight but sturdy, and it stands nicely on its own. It’s not large, but not small--the perfect size to tuck into a gift bag or display on a desk or shelf.Overall, it’s a simple but heartfelt keepsake that adds a personal touch to a larger gift. This is beautiful! It was smaller than I thought but still big enough to be impactful so it is perfect for a desk or shelf, I'm not sure why in my mind I thought it would be larger like a giant plaque or something, glad it's not. 🤣🤣The sides remind me of a bubble how it's clear but reflects the colors on the side so beautifully. It's light weight and says it is handmade on the label on the outer box. I like how to came with shredded paper on the bottom to make it look thoughtful and as a ready made gift.The words are etched on the back nicely and the view is crystal clear I showed it without the clear film, I would love to receive this as a gift and would be happy to display it. It's worth the money, the quality is great! This is sturdy and shiny looks like glass but it isn't so if it tips over it shouldn't break.
