These frames are great! I tend to collect comics mainly for the cover art, and these are perfect for displaying my favorites, especially my Phineas and Ferb and Marvel crossover issues and Star Wars comic covers. The UV protection is a nice bonus, and the comics look clean and professional on the wall. Great quality and value, especially for an 8-pack!
Using for my comic books to hang on the wall. Great frame but a little big for comics. Fit magazine perfectly.
These are a little flimsy. But they are worth the price paid and display well enough. Don’t expect a high end product.
Firstly, you get what you pay for. These are plastic frames with plexiglass, so you can’t expect the same thing as custom wood and glass frames. That being said, these met expectations.PROS: They are packaged very well and have film over both sides of the clear plastic fronts so there are so scratches and the comics look crisp. The back closures can accommodate for a thicker comic (I haven’t tried putting a paperback trade in one, though) and also bagged/boarded comics. They do look just like the pictures on Amazon and seem to be sturdy and an overall good value.CONS: My biggest disappointment is that the mat is not cut correctly for modern comics; it is both too narrow and slightly too tall (see photo). This means that some of the artwork is cut off. Not a deal breaker for buying these frames but still a bit of a bummer. The plexiglass for one of my frames came with slight damage (see photo), but it doesn’t show and won’t affect the comic book so I’m not worried about it. The black plastic frames do look a little scuffed up in places but I’m not worried about that, either. I don’t think anyone will notice and if they did, most of the cover art for my comics are grungy so it’ll be fine.I got the 16 pack and will likely purchase another set because it was too hard to pick JUST 16 to display.
These are cool to display comics. You can put your comic, while still bagged and backed into this frame.
These work great for displaying fanastic comic books and have great covers. They fit well and look nice and protect the books when displayed.
