Hilarious and Oh So True!
I am a man surrounded by cats. Well, three of them, but they're good at surrounding. What they're also really good at is coming into the bathroom whenever I go in there because they know I keep a bag or two of treats on top of the medicine cabinet/Ikea behemoth thing my wife made me buy. It doesn't matter if it's 7:00AM and I'm trying to sort through all the medicines I take every morning, or if I make the mistake of leaving the door slightly ajar when I rush in to take a quick pee when no one else is home, invariably I end up with an undulating mosh pit of fur circling my ankles. And it's not just me anymore; anyone who dare enter the upstairs bathroom (the room adjacent to it is their "domain") and not close the door fast enough, will find themselves joined by three sets of watchful eyes with infinite patience. They won't leave until you do, and god forbid you do so without giving them a treat or two (or five or ten).So this is my answer to THAT. I saw this and literally laughed out loud because...well...it's just all too true in my case. And the kicker is the cat on it looks just like our recently acquired and now oh-so-very-fat-and-enormous "kitten" Nisha, and the green background is a couple of shades darker than the bizarre lime green my wife chose to paint it a few years ago and then instantly hated it.But now, this absolute work of staggering genius brings the whole room together. It's a very thin, very light, and not particularly large (8x12) adorable "painting" on thin, yet sturdy metal with four holes in it for nails (but it's light enough you could probably get away with double sided tape or thumbtacks!). It'll make people laugh, especially if you're people also have cats with boundary issues, and for less than a small pizza, it's well worth the price!
