These shelves were narrower than I expected them to be, so make sure to check the measurements if that matters to you. They are sturdy though, and can definitely hold a decent amount of books, including those larger than the are. Strong shelves are easy to install and give a unique way to store and display books

This shelf set is very durable and feels like excellent build quality except for the screws. DO NOT use the screws included with these shelves. They strip very easily and are unable to even tighten in the wall or the plastic casing they provide. Every shelf was loose when mounted using their hardware. I had to use my own screws because each time I tried to tighten the screws they provided they immediately stripped and got stuck in the wall. My wall was damaged in several places and needed to be repaired because the screws and casing provided had to be removed. The instructions say to punch a hole in the wall and don't recommend a drill bit size so what size hole to punch in the wall? The shelves are okay but the screws that are included ruin them because they are near impossible to mount unless you use your own hardware.So the unique design lets you stack a lot of books vertically like a stack of books stuck to the wall. This lets you actually read the title of the book on the spine instead of horizontal book stacking where you need to turn your head to read the spine. They are lightweight shelves but not so light that the don't feel strong enough to hold a bunch of books. If you have a bunch of books taking up shelf space or stuck in boxes I recommend these shelves because for the price this is a decent value but use your own screws to hang them.

Super strong, very attractive, easy to install, and great space saver!

I love these! They take up little space, but are so strong, and they hold a lot. I have a couple of wood beams in my studio and with floor space at a premium. I screwed these into the beam. Loaded it with books and small art objects and it looks right at home in my quirky space, since they all look like they're floating up against the beam.

They're very strong and nearly invisible when filled with books!

These floating bookshelves look great and are very sturdy! They're small enough that they jut out from the wall just far enough to support even bigger books, but are still fairly low profile. They hold a decent amount of weight and don't take up too much space. They are also pretty easy to install and they even supply you with a small level to help you make sure the shelves are straight.I'm happy with these and I would definitely buy again!
