Treat yo shelf

These are great shelves. The way they anchor to the wall provides for good strength and I don't worry about overloading them at all. The install is pretty straightforward. You anchor the metal rods to the wall and slide the shelves over the metal rods. As long as you anchor them securely, the shelves will be very sturdy for you.They are RUSTIC. Lots of divots, rough areas, and a couple of sharp, pokey areas. Probably not ideal for a young child. But it looks great if you're going for the rustic look. The bottom of the shelves are rougher than the top area where you will set things. They are a good size for a bedroom and office, and I've been pretty happy with them.

Good Shelves - Overpriced

These floating shelves are very nice looking and the description pictures are accurate in size and color of the wood. I like the floating style of these and they were pretty easy to get up, but make sure to attach to a stud so you know they are up solidly. The wood itself is very natural looking with flaws that add to its character and is thick enough not to have to worry about sagging over time. When I ordered, they were $126.99 and that's just way too high for these. Even though the price has come down about 10%. There are many other options of this quality and size at a much better price point. 3 Stars
