These shelves are fantastic! The solid elm wood is incredibly sturdy and excellent quality. The rustic live edge and walnut finish give them a beautiful, natural look that fits perfectly with my home décor. Easy to install, strong enough for books and heavier items, and very well made. Highly recommend!
These are actually really nice. You never know what you’re going to get when buying on line. They are in fact solid wood, the milling is quality and the mounting system is a piece of cake. They were exactly what I was in search of.
Beautiful shelves and great quality but you can not cut these down to fit.
Update: I was sent 2 24" replacement boards, I originally bought the 36", so I updated my review to 4 stars. I have not installed the new ones yet, but will.board was not cut straight and flush to wall, just off a little. the boards tend to sag, even though they were screwed directly into the studs, doesn't hold the amount of weight it says it will, but the shelves are nice looking, just need more support I think, maybe the holes drilled into the wood to slide on shelf, should be tighter fitting and maybe 2 more. I got the 36" and if flush to wall and less bounce and sagging, I would absolutely love them. I like them enough not to return them. I hope they don't get worse over time.
These floating shelves are solid wood and not laminate. They are easy to install and have mounts that hold the shelves very sturdy without becoming loose or falling. The mounts are hung in studs on the wall then you insert them into the shelf. I researched many shelves before deciding on these. Highly recommend!
