Nice quality & secure
TL;DR: The frame looks nice quality for the price. My puzzle looks very pretty inside, and the construction of the secures makes me feel confident that the contents in the frame won't move. It was pretty difficult to take apart with the little screwdriver provided, but if you already have a basic tool set, then you should be okay. It also comes with its own nails and hooks to hang on the wall. The frame is reasonably weighted for its size, I'd say. For how large it is and the wood & other materials. The wood is true to the image on the listing, and there were no flaws that I could find. The frame came in a box with styrofoam in strategic places to prevent damage to the frame & glass, which I'm grateful for... broken glass is never fun to find. The frame has those hinges and sliding pins to press your image firmly & securely into place. Frankly, I don't think the puzzle I put inside would budge for any reason save for a natural disaster. My only qualm is that the little screwdriver that came with the frame to undo and redo the screws for the hinges was awful. Cheap, sooo so small it was hard to grip, and the head of the screwdriver kept sliding out of the grooves in these teeny tiny screws. Thankfully I had another screwdriver on-hand that fit. I get that you buy the frame and not the screwdriver, but if it's necessary to put the thing together, could it not be a nightmare to try to use?

Definitely Quite Deficient In The Provided Materials
UPDATE (10-13-2024)For those who haven't realized it yet, there is a plastic cover over BOTH SIDES of the plexiglass that must be pealed off; and, if you don't do so, whatever pictures you mount in the frame(s) will not be sharply focused.UPDATE (10-09-2024)After the seller treated me so right, I decided to take a chance and give some of the smaller frames a try (Four 11 x 14 ones), and I've got to say that they are much better, thus I have raised my overall rating to four stars. The smaller ones still use flexible plexiglass; but, since they're smaller, the pictures don't "bubble-out" anywhere near as much, if at all. Thus, I recommend staying away from the largest frame that I originally purchased, at least until the manufacturer remedies the deficits of using such a large piece of flexible plexiglass for it. And that would include all of the larger frames (any of them above 11 x 14); but, if you stick with the smaller frames, you ought to be satisfied, though they could be better.Thank you, seller, for the smaller frames being more than adequate [I'm also going to purchase another 11 x 14 frame, though I still believe that all of your frames should use a stiff piece of plexiglass, rather than the thin, flexible ones---and, of course, glass would be most preferable, but I guess that would make the frames too expensive and too difficult to ship and make sure they arrive intact? (I notice, though, that you sell other frames on Amazon that DO use glass, thus evidently you can ship them safely, so why can't you use glass with these frames too, and ship them to arrive unbroken, as well?)]!Raised stars to four.UPDATE (09-18-2024)The seller made this issue right, so I am grateful, and have thus raised my overall rating to three stars for excellent customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEWTo be honest, I'm understandably very dissatisfied with this product. This entire frame set is a ripoff, and I will specifically delineate why, as follows:PROSNone really, as shown in the cons. (Except it appears nice at first blush; but, once you work with it, you should realize how deficient it is.)CONS1.) The plexiglass sheet that comes with this frame is a thin, flexible piece of same that doesn't provide the necessary support that any and all pictures mounted in this frame need. Thus, the manufacturer and/or seller(s) need to provide a STIFF piece of plexiglass to provide that necessary support. In addition, the plexiglass needs to have a matte finish and/or to not be glossy, because when mounted on the wall, it reflects everything in the room, and makes it extremely difficult to view the pictures(s).2.) The 20" x 30" matte is too thin as well, and also doesn't provide enough support for the mounted picture(s).3.) Probably the worst thing about this frame set is the backboard. It too isn't stiff enough and is warped inward towards the picture(s).SUMMARY OF CONSAll of the foregoing cons of this product, especially the warped backboard and flexible plexiglass, causes the entire thing to "bubble outwards", causing it to reflect even more of the surroundings in the room around the picture(s). Thus, if at least a non-warped backboard and a stiff piece of plexiglass were provided with this frame set, it would resolve most of the issues with it.IN CLOSINGTherefore, I cannot in good conscience give anything but an adverse review about this item, at least until such time as the seller(s) and/or manufacturer remedy the serious deficits with the product. In short, I completely recommend AGAINST the item, that you do NOT purchase it, and that you get a hold of something better.Furthermore, the price for this product (about $75.00) is quite excessive considering the several problems with it, and it is only worth about half that amount, if that. In other words, again, it is a ripoff (and one runs into more and more such problems with items on Amazon, and I'm increasingly tired of and fed up with having to deal with such products over and over again). Perhaps a framing store would charge quite a bit more for the proper materials in an equivalent product, but that in no way excuses the ripoff nature of this item. As a result, I am NOT wrong whatsoever in being dissatisfied with it for the amount of money spent on it, and neither am I wrong expecting more from it for $75.00.
