Very nice!!
I’m doing a first look review of this incense burner, and it is very nice quality. It is a large, octagonal statement piece that stands about 11 inches tall. It is made of black resin rather than metal or ceramic, but it feels substantial at over a pound and has a hand-painted pattern that looks great.The design includes a removable gold ash tray on top, which is meant to allow for air circulation while burning bakhoor or frankincense. Since I need to pick up some incense today, I haven't started the actual burning process yet. But it seems pretty easy to use.I want to give it a fair initial use test first, so I’ll be monitoring the gold top and the resin base over the next couple of months of daily use to see how they handle the heat and if any residue builds up. I also plan to do some UV testing on it at a later date, and I'll provide an update on its condition then.It seems solid and should have a nice burn rate, I'll let you know.It's very nice!

Beautiful Incense Burner, Best for Light or Outdoor Use
I really like the overall look and design of this burner, which is what first attracted me to it, and in person it is even more striking. It's just much larger than I expected because I did not pay close attention to the dimensions. It definitely makes a statement piece for a room and feels substantial enough to double as decor even when it is not in use. When I tried burning frankincense and myrrh in it indoors, though, it produced an intense amount of smoke, filling almost the whole house in under 30 minutes, and the metal cover got extremely hot, to the point that I had to use a towel just to lift it, which aligns with general guidance that metal burners can reach very high temperatures and should be handled carefully on heat‑resistant surfaces. I ended up having to pour water over the coals to stop the burning because the smoke and scent were just too strong to comfortably wait out, and the inside was left with resin residue and charcoal staining that made it clear cleanup would be required after each use.Because of the heavy smoke output and how hot the lid becomes, I plan to keep using it mainly as a decorative piece indoors and reserve actual burning for outside on the porch in spring or summer, where all that smoke can help keep mosquitoes and flies away instead of overwhelming the house. Used this way, it still feels like a good purchase, just with a different role than I originally imagined. For anyone considering it, I would say it’s a beautiful and functional burner, but best suited for lighter indoor use with great ventilation or, even better, outdoor burning, and you should be prepared for regular cleaning and very hot metal parts when using charcoal and resin.

I'm not sure I would call the size of this burner "portable" but with it's light weight it still could be.The resin base stands just short of 9" tall and 11" with the gold painted cap. I do like the overall design and style of it, Without hogging the room and demanding attention it still seems to be a great esthetic addition to my memorial table.My concerns however do fall with the metal cap and tray. they do not seem to be very heat resistant as my cap itself seems to be burning after a couple uses with a rather low heat source compared to the sources this is designed for. I've stopped using the cap but that still places a concern with the accompanying metal burning tray. This is however an easy fix with quartz sand but still a frustration point for the boutique pricing.

This is actually so neat and artistic in person. Its much larger than expected and has some weight to it. Its a great mantel piece. The quality is great, it feels incredibly well made and im super happy I was able to pick this up! I havent used it yet for its intended purpose but it does come with neat tongs in the event you use it for incents. However, I love it on its own as decor!
