I was so excited to receive this! I was shocked by how quickly the product shipped especially because it was a personalized item. When it arrived I noticed there was a smudge in the paint in the center of the picture. It wasn’t terrible but I noticed it. I sent an email to the seller along with a picture showing the problem. They replied quickly and were very apologetic. They offered to send a new one to me! I was shocked because usually things like this are a hassle and don’t get resolved. I’m so excited to get the new one that’s fixed. The quality of the frame and personalization is great! I was worried it might be a cheap flimsy picture and frame. But the frame is very sturdy and heavy.If you’re debating on if you should order this or not, do it!! It’s so cute you will love it! And the price is right! A+ for shipping speed, quality and most importantly customer service!!

I bought the largest size available of this . Upon receipt, the fram was completely broken and the actual board inside was bent. This was completely FedExs fault. The box was ripped when I received it and you could tell they didn't handle it with care. New one came in and it's perfect. It's a very beautiful and unique piece. Incredibly light weight.
